• The measure you pick in the “measurement option” it will be the final measure, including the valance. The fabric will be approximately 1 ½” less than the final measure. Shades control the amount of incoming light and the view-through with the shade partially raised or lowered. The fabric blocks almost all of damaging UV rays protecting all furniture inside the room. When open and the bands are aligned, light filters through the sheer fabric. Dual layers of horizontal fabric segments alternating between sheer and semi-opaque or opaque fabric.
